In recent years,due to the rapid development of space communication,manned spaceflight,earth observation,deep space exploration and so on,the demand for large expandable space antenna mechanism has been greatly increased.The large-scale truss-deployable antenna mechanism is more and more used in aerospace engineering because of its large folding ratio,high rigidity,and no significant increase in the quality of the antenna diameter.Self-locking hinge as an important component of large-scale ring truss expandable antenna mechanism,the use of a large number of its high performance requirements,the entire line of the antenna has a crucial impact.In this paper,the self-locking hinge of the truss-deployable antenna is analyzed.Through the analysis of the whole ring truss,a new type of self-locking structure is proposed for the T-type self-locking hinge and the material of its parts is selected.T-type self-locking hinge to Kevlar129 power rope traction drive to expand the ring truss antenna,the whole ring truss expansion has a greater impact.In order to improve the transmission efficiency of the power rope transmission system,this paper has redesigned the main and auxiliary line wheel,and proposed a new type of integrated T-type hinge structure,which is characterized by the use of integrated over-wheel design,In addition to the traditional line with the cross-line function,but also integrates two bearings,can be directly installed through the pin on the hinge.According to the size of the wheel to limit the ball bearing diameter,the number of balls,inner and outer ring channel curvature coefficient and the height of the ribs were designed in detail to meet the load requirements of the conditions to optimize the wheel bearings The driving efficiency of the goal,to determine the parameters of the design of the wheel wheel bearings.Based on the Hertz contact stress theory,the final design scheme of the main and auxiliary line wheel bearings is checked,and the reliability calculation is carried out by using the Weir distribution function.The ANSYS finite element software is used to analyze the main and auxiliary The equivalent stress and deformation of the bearing under the working load,and the thermal deformation between the various parts in the space environment.According to the final design of the sample trial,the design of the efficiency test program and T-hinge and cross-wheel bearings test products were tested for efficiency.
