Design And Implementation Of CRM System Function Module Based On Backbone

With the vigorous development of the Internet,Internet users have greatly improved the requirements of web client web pages.Front-end development is no longer limited to simple pictures and text display,but more emphasis on how to optimize the user experience and show more friendly pages,which aggravating the development volume of Web front-end code.In this paper,this author selects MVC model Backbone.js as the basis of carrying the front end frame,and takes the details module of CRM(Customer Relationship Management)system as an example to conduct the practical display application to guarantee demands of the complex data processing system.The CRM system is mainly centered with customers,the details module mainly conducts the data process of the various objects related with customers,including common component module,detail common operation and object details module.This article mainly introduces the object details of customers,order forms and returned money.First it analyzes the front end frame and CRM system's research value and development tendency through introducing the front end frame and the research condition of CRM system at home and abroad.Analyzes and compares the respective features of the two classical development modes of C/S and B/S,and discusses the reason for selecting B/S development mode,basing on this it selects Backbone.js which is with the features of event binding mechanism and template technology as basis of carrying the front end frame,and deals with all kinds of complex data operation of the object details according to the needs of the system.This article has designed three modules of Model,View and Collection which can deal with the business that suit for the demands,and then takes details directory module of CRM system as an example to explain how to construct a module system based on web details directory,including demand analysis,detailed design and concrete realization of the system.Finally,the system has been tested to meet the requirements of the system in terms of functionality and performance.This method can be extended to the same type of system.
