The group of college students is called the "barometer" of the times.They have the most keen observation and thinking power,the most cutting-edge ideas and advanced consciousness.They have an indispensable position in the historical process of China's reform and opening up.Researchers say that the study of youth groups is the study of the future of the motherland.In this paper,according to the essence of media image and the characteristics of production,this paper takes the cover of "University Student" magazine(1988-2016)as the carrier,and the cover characters and related cover articles is based on the dynamic construction of the theory of communication science,and discusses how the media image of college students becomes the result of social ideology from the perspective of media change.The article is divided into five parts,including the introduction,the three chapters and the conclusion.The introduction part mainly discusses the research origin of the article,the research thought and the research method,and carries on the literature sorting and summarizes the media image,the university student media image and the university student magazine.The first chapter is the summary and analysis of the data of268 characters in all the cover of "University Student" magazine,and carries out the preliminary summary of the cover content and research dimension of the magazine.The second chapter is the value orientation and deep analysis of the image formation of the university students 'cover media.Under the support of the theory of communication and social culture research,the author analyzes the evolution of the university students' media image Argument.And the process of shaping the media image of university students into four stages according to the change of the times in the process of socialization and the different changes of the cover under the different ideas of themagazine,and the interpretation of the media image of college students at different stages.The four stages and their shaping of the university students' media image are summarized in 1988-1992: reflection and hard work;1993-2001: rational and pragmatic;2002-2011: personality and fashion;2012-2016: elite and plural.The third chapter is based on the second chapter and the relevant data on the "University Student" magazine in shaping the image of the overall image of college students were summarized,the magazine cover in the history of college students in the history of the image appeared From the political "to" to the political "words" and from the group to the individualized presentation of the orientation,and integrated the above orientation put forward the future of the magazine in the process of shaping the image of college students from the elite to the pursuit of universal development The prospect.
