Community is the root of cities,its security affects the stability of grassroots people.From the statistical data of fire safety events in recent years,we can draw the conclusion that the proportion of community fire safety accidents is the largest and it is increasing year by year.At present,people's living standards are higher and the content is more abundant,which leads to the increase of potential danger sources and fire risk.Therefore,how to make a reasonable and scientific evaluation of community fire safety and provide a theoretical basis for fire prevention is a meaningful research direction.In addition,compared to the fire safety accidents increased year by year,fire safety management in China is still lagging behind.Fire safety management mainly relies on manual and it is chaotic,there will be more serious losses,if the fire emergency rescue measures are inappropriate.Therefore,how to design a system to improve the level of fire safety management information and intelligence and improve the level of community fire early warning,to provide a basis for fire control,is also a question worth exploring.In this paper,based on the comparison and analysis of the existing security assessment algorithm,establish a community fire safety warning model.This model uses analytic hierarchy process method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate community fire safety level and uses time series prediction method to predict the community fire safety classification.The evaluation and forecast mainly include: 1)based on the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of community fire safety,establish community fire safety evaluation index hierarchy;2)use analytic hierarchy process to construct the judgment matrix and calculate the weight of each index;3)on the basis of the first two steps,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation vector of community fire safety;4)use the historical evaluation data as the data source through the time series prediction method to predict the community fire safety level.Finally,with the example of fire safety management,the safety evaluation and prediction of the calculation process are described in detail.On this basis,combined with the needs analysis,design and complete community fire safety early warning system,which is developed based on the SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)model and includes two parts,server and client.The server integrates the “model view control” framework and database,including the community fire safety early warning model,the background management system and the data dictionary.the backstage management system mainly includes: safety assessment,exception management,equipment management,user management module.The client is mainly implemented on the network client and the mobile client,including: security assessment,exception management,equipment statistics,security emergency module.Server and client through Internet and private network for data exchange.Finally,taking a community in Shenzhen as an example,the functional test of the evaluation system is carried out.It has been proved that the system can better apply the model proposed in this paper to assess the community fire safety,and the result is reliable,and can improve the level of community fire safety assessment and early warning.
