As a place where the inmates are jugged and transformed,prison is one of the state apparatus which plays an important role in social management.The Armed Police Force in charge of the first line of prison is to ensure that the perfectly safety guards be met.The increasingly onerous tasks and responsibilities are so urgent that the Armed Police Force should be trained sophisticatedly.Improving the combat effectiveness of troops is the trend of multi-task solving requirements.With the development of network and digital video technology,the limitation of traditional monitoring operated by man is severely exposed.The trend of intelligent and automated monitoring technology is becoming much emphasized by the monitors.Based on the study of intelligent video monitoring system on the periphery of prison,the main research work and achievements are as follows:First of all,the application requirements of intelligent video monitoring system on the periphery of prison is analyzed,based on which the monitoring system is designed.The experiment tests that the system has the basic function of video monitoring system,and it can detect moving target efficiently.Secondly,the issue of geography information technology application in the intelligent video monitoring system on the periphery of prison is studied.3D terrain database,model library and scene library on the periphery of prison are build,based on which the three-dimensional geographic information service platform is established.It has the basic geographic information analysis function and can provide greater convenience for armed police on duty.Finally,the prison peripheral target information matching of multi-camera is researched.Based on the projection of the overlapping digital videos with SIFT algorithm,a method is proposed to match the chroma information interval set.The chroma information interval set is obtained at the initial step,and then the attribute intervals are sorted according to the number of information pixels.Finally,the results are achieved by matching the ordered chroma information intervals.The experimental result shows that the algorithm is effective.
