In recent years,the network space is believed to have been the fifth territory except land,sea and air.The safety of the network space is directly related to a country's sovereignty and territorial integrity.Especially in recent years,due to the rapid development of Internet technology,network attack tools have become more and more sophisticated,the network space security is faced with a serious threat.Therefore,many countries in the world construct the Cyber Range to carry on the research of information security.Cyber Range can build a simulated network environment,in which people can simulate network attack experiments.As to the existed Cyber Range,such as Emulab,it uses reasonable resource scheduling algorithm to assign testbed resources to multiple network researchers to conduct experiments.However,Emulab do not have adequate assessment of the status of nodes,which may bring some risk to the user of the platform,and it is necessary to find a more secure scheduling policy.Aiming at the existing problems of Emulab scheduling algorithm,the paper proposes a new resource scheduling strategy for Cyber Range.First,this paper describes the significance of studying resource scheduling algorithms used in the testbed,and briefly explains the problems of the existing problems: shortage of evaluation of node status and too much dependence on human.Then the paper describes the existing testbed and the related resource management technology.After,the paper analyses the Emulab resource management technology and the specific implementation of the current resource scheduling algorithm,but also shows the integrity of the measurement technology,which is a technical point of the resource scheduling strategy in this paper.Follow,the specific implementation and the problem of Emulab resource scheduling algorithm is analyzed in detail.This paper gives a complete design of the resource scheduling strategy in the end which is on the basis of its proposed scheduling strategy.At the end of the paper,the Emulab experimental environment is described in detail.Compared with the Emulab method,simulated results prove that the scheduling strategy of this paper is more secure in the choice of nodes than before.The improvement of the resource scheduling strategy in this paper is as follows: 1?In order to evaluate the node status effectively,a resource state evaluation mechanism is added to the resource scheduling strategy.The resource state evaluation mechanism is mainly dependent on the resource state metric agent in the node,which can ensure that the resources allocated to the experimenters are safe,so that the experiments will not be affected by the bad resources.2?For the sake of realizing the automation of the scheduling process,the feedback mechanism is added in this paper.The feedback mechanism directly feedback the related problems during the scheduling process,so that the scheduling strategy can timely make reasonable response accordingly.This let the process rely less on human,making the scheduling process more automated.3?This paper designs resource state metric agent to reduce the communication frequency between the main server and the node,which reduces the burden of the main server and traffic load of the control line.
