Research And Implementation Of Wireless Network Data Visualization Analysis System

With the rapid development of Internet technology and campus wireless network information construction,accessing to Internet via campus wireless network is becoming more and more welcomed by teachers and students.Campus wireless network satisfies the needs of teachers and students that surfing the Internet anytime and anywhere,bringing great facilitates to the teachers and students' work,study and life,which also produced a huge amount of data on the Internet.How to find the information contained in the data through the most intuitive way to optimize the teaching process better,has become the urgent problem to be solved,which has important research significance.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.This paper firstly introduced the research status of data visualization technology at home and abroad,analyzed and studied the wireless network technology and the related theoretical basis of data visualization technology,and studied the related knowledge of rough set theory;2.This paper studied the basic concepts and mathematical basis of parallel coordinates method,and the basic knowledge of the K-means algorithm,analyzed the defects of K-means algorithm and the improved method.Based on this,this paper put forward the data processing method of parallel coordinates combined with the improved K-means algorithm,used the UCI data set to verify the improved method and obtained very good clustering results;3.This paper analyzed and studied the SNM algorithm and it's defects,and then used variable step telescopic window and length filtering algorithm combined with missing attribute judgment to improve the SNM algorithm,and tested it with the data set,and the results showed that the improved algorithm had a great improvement in the accuracy and efficiency of the similar duplicate records.On the basis of above work,this paper designed and implemented the wireless network data visualization system.Firstly introduced the development platform and several tools which was used in the process of development in detail;Finally,each module of the system was explained and discussed at length,and these results was displayed in the form of visualization.Thus,this paper has achieved the purpose of the research that provides the basis for the work of teachers and education administrators.Namely,this paper helps teachers to optimize the teaching process and improve teaching achievement,assist educational administrators' teaching management and promote better development of the college.
