Research And Application On Intelligent Calibration Of Pressure Gauge Based On Oracle Database System

With the continuous development of information technology,various departments of enterprises have established their own independent information management system,appeared many decentralized department database.Each sector usually uses different technology and architecture to build their own information systems,data platform and structure in different sectors are not exactly the same,and therefore there are many difficulties in cross-platform data sharing and accessing.In order to achieve the data consolidation and share of information resources between different databases,eliminate the “isolated island of information”,protect the resources that has been established and facilitate users query and analyze data anywhere,anytime,it requires to establish a unified data management center,this center can use a database publishing query system which based on Web Pages and show those data in different ways.The subject comes from an oil pressure gauge bulk Intelligent Calibration Project,this paper uses Oracle database as development background,explore the main problems from the process of the vast amounts of data distribution,and design pressure gauges calibration data management system with Oracle Database and Java Web knowledge,the system includes Oracle database management system and Web page data query Publishing System,it can manage massive amounts of data that generated by gauge calibration easily and quickly,and achieve gauge test data storage,fast query and display purposes.Analyzed the stability and reliability of the system by using a variety of system test method such as white box testing and black box testing,it has proved that the system can indeed facilitate the management of massive amounts of data generated during the test gauge,and facilitate users query and analyze data,it can meet the needs of an oilfield project and make a strong practical application and popularization value.
