With the increase of knowledge,how to manage and share these informations becomes a serious issue.(Distributed knowledge management,DKM)draws increasing attention from people due to traditional centralized knowledge management has been unable to satisfy the requirement of people.At the same time,with the development of semantic web,its application to distributed system has been widely recognized.Therefore,this paper proposes a multi-layer ontology knowledge management system based on P2 P distributed model,which enables autonomy and cooperation of knowledge to realize.And enable system to search,accumulate and share knowledge at the semantic level.Firstly,for the question of there are heterogeneous among different knowledge,this paper improves similarity formulas of ontology concept,hierarchical structure(parent node,child node,sibling node)and instance on account of ontology structure.At the same time,ontology knowledge fragment mapping algorithm is proposed to complete the ontology matching.It solves the heterogeneous problem of ontology knowledge base,which enables to share and interact among ontology bases.Secondly,due to the continuous updating of ontology knowledge,the evolution of ontology knowledge base is studied.By adding additional operations,it can solve the inconsistency of single ontology evolution and guarantee the ontology semantic integrity.And the propagation of ontology change operations ensures the synchronization update among dependent ontologies.Finally,based on above theories,DKM is implemented.Ontology knowledge bases are created from three layers: top ontology,domain ontology and application ontology,which increases reusability and interoperability of knowledge bases.Then system framework and its technical means are described.Meawhile,all functional modules are proved by experiments.
