The Extension Of Parallel Rough Sets In Pansystems

Purpose——In practical problems,the parallel rough set model in pansystems cannot explain some of the complex concepts;It is too much to ask that there is a difference between objects but sometimes similarity;It cannot solve the problem about no equivalence between objects.In order to solve the above three problems,this paper analyzes the real objects from the granular structure,by introducing the granularity idea to extend the theory of the parallel rough set model.Methods——Based on the multi-angle and multi-level granular computing,combining the logic theory of paradigm in Discrete Mathematics,the mathematical formula of pansystems theory and the covering approximation space theory,the parallel rough set model is extended from three aspects.Results——Firstly,extending from logical relations,we use the composite method of conjunction and disjunction to compound simple concept into complex concept,then propose the composite parallel rough set model;Secondly,extending from the weakening of relations,a number of equivalence relations are relaxed to tolerance relations,then the parallel tolerance rough set is obtained.Based on the similarity between objects,we use a number of compatible relations to describe a target concept,then get the relationship parallel tolerance rough set model with higher approximation accuracy;Finally,extending from the approximate space,we put forward a parallel covering rough set model by dividing the partition to cover.Meanwhile,we propose a variable parallel covering rough set model through introducing the parameter ? to control the number of granular structures and get both disjunctive and conjunctive features.We give an algorithm of granular reduction and verify the validity and rationality by an example.Limitations——(1)Considering the fault tolerance,by introducing the probability idea into the parallel rough set model;(2)From the practical aspect,studying the parallel rough set model in the Pan-Weighted field and Pan-weighted net of information systems.Real impact——The extended models can deal with the complex system effectively and provide a new way to analyze the classification decision problem.Originality——Using the logic theory of paradigm in Discrete Mathematics to extend the parallelrough set model,we get the composite parallel rough set model;Combining with the mathematical formula of pansystems theory,we get the relationship parallel tolerance rough set model with higher approximation accuracy;We discuss the parallel rough set model in the covering approximation space.
