In the context of the traditional media being undervalued,the emergence of the mobile network radio redefined the broadcasting industry.As a newly developing product in the mobile Internet era,the mobile radio has experienced a subversive change from the aspects of its content production,program communication,feedback interaction and has already grabbed a significant share of the radio market in a short time.Based on the previous studies on the mobile network audio platform,this paper chooses the Qingting FM which is a representative in the industry of mobile network audio platform as the study object to analyze the success of the mobile network audio from the perspective of user interaction.Through the research methods of participatory observation,in-depth interview and case study,this paper systematically analyzes the user interaction channel and characteristic of the mobile network audio platform,and on this basis,illustrates the change of the user role of the mobile network audio platform through interaction and the impact of user experience and feedback on the content production.As an important feature of the mobile network radio,the strong interaction which allow the users influence and participate in the content production is one of the core elements that distinguish the Internet radio from the traditional one,this is also the research emphasis of this paper.This study found that through various channels of interaction,the users have changed from the information receivers into information users,and finally to the media users,during this process the users will obtain a different degree of satisfaction.The audio users have experienced a transformation form "listening to the radio" to "using the radio",then to“playing with the radio".As the traditional audiences changing into platform members,the radio users have exerted an influence on the content production of the radio,including the platform optimizing and the program updating.
