Design And Implementation Of Intelligence Information Management And Analysis System Of Stability Platform Based On Django Web Development Frame

As the international circumstance becomes complicated and our country's economic develops into "new normality" with do-goodism deepening,national security and stability are threatened. In face of the pressure of economic decrease and hostile struggle, stability is vital to our party and government . As the capital city of Western China, the city not only face the same problem like other cities, but also have the particular problem itself in stability maintenance work. To feed the local stability department's need for staff-management's informationlization, management-process's automation, stability-problem's pre-warning,intelligence-information's visualization. This thesis develops an intelligence management and analysis system that assists decision-makers of stability department. This system consists of six parts: staff management, intelligence management, special persons management,experts management, system management, intelligence analysis. This system is based on Brower/Client architecture, the application server by using Django, in consider of expandability and high frequency query, MongoDB server is used as database server. The result of system indicates that this system fulfills the designing requirements on both function and performance. In this thesis the main intensive study and contributions are as follows:Firstly, investigate the current problems, analysis the system requirements, design the functional architecture and database, then implement the system.Secondly, propose a modified method for user identification based on Session, with multi-factor strong authentication, which increases the difficulty of interception of user identity. This method provides a higher security for system. Besides, implements OPE on MongoDB, which can obtain the result of comparison between two integers by the comparison of their cipher-text. This method can improve the security of users' data,especially for query operation.Thirdly, train and examine the parameters of prediction ARIMA model of time series analysis, then obtain the relative optimal model, predict the amount of stability problem with the optimal model in the end.At last, using image rendering function of D3.js, obtain the relationship grid of system entities, Which assists decision-makers of intelligence analysis.
