The National Food and Drug Administration have planned the "3511" project during the11 th Five-Year Plan.One of the key points is the establishment of the administrative licensing management information system.Conventional system specifications include some processes,organization,and responsibilities.Through the system,these system specifications can be transformed into the information system of the various processes to facilitate our use.The main processes within the system include control and rule procedures.Through this automated approval process,man-made subjective factors can be reduced as much as possible.At the same time,the system can demonstrate the approval of the situation,and record the relevant responsibilities.Data can be transferred and shared between systems,resulting in one-stop acceptance and approval.In this study,we discussed the background and significance of the study,the current online administrative examination and approval system at home and abroad to summarize the status quo.In addition,the related technology of the system is summarized and summarized,specifically introduced J2 EE technology,MVC development model,and SSH framework.At the same time,we analyze the requirements of the administrative licensing system,including not only the overall analysis of the system,but also the analysis of the various functions.Therefore,we can get a more detailed system design,so as to determine the system design ideas and specific system architecture.And this system has various sub-functions,including the submission of the application,the attachment of the upload,business acceptance and supervision,review and archiving.On the basis of the system design,we have realized this,mainly to achieve the new,change,cancellation and approval of the Office of the suspension and other functions to achieve.Finally,we identified the specific test program,and the system was tested,thus ensuring the correctness and stability of the system.The results show that the system can run well,and can complete the approval system in all aspects,to help users' better conduct approval activities.At the same time,the information in the system can be delivered in a more convenient way.Second,the system contains a wealth of features,to assist users to the approval of administrative licensing work,thereby improving the efficiency of the approval of the business.Overall,this study can give Foshan City Food and Drug Administration,in the administrative licensing approval to build a practical and stable platform,greatly enhance the efficiency of business,so as to promote the development of online approval system work.
