The development of mobile Internet technology promotes the popularity of smart phone.With open operating system,high-speed access capability and rich applications,smart phone bring a new experience to users.As people's dependence on smart phone growing,the requirements to user experience of smart phone is also increasing.But the evaluation standard of user experience has not formed,how to test user experience has become an major concern of the industry.This paper focuses on smart phone user experience test,the main work include the test system and automated test system of user experience.Through combing of the concept,evaluation and influence factors of user experience,this article provide the evaluation indexes of smart phone user experience and summarize the evaluation method from the hardware performance,the system response performance,power consumption performance,communication performance and audio and video performance,which laid a foundation for the realization of the automated test system.In this paper,implementation of test system is divided into two parts,one is the human-computer interaction test system,the other is power consumption test system.Human-computer interaction test system aimed to test the system response performance of smart phone,through the mechanical arm and high-speed cameras,it can simulate and record user's operation to smart phone,and calculates the data of response delay by comparing pictures.Power consumption test system execute power automation test of smart phone,it can evaluate the power consumption performance of terminal by using the comprehensive tester and channel simulator to simulate the network environment,using the current source to count the average current.Implementation of test system include hardware architecture and software platform.The idea of layered design divided the software into four layers:user interface layer,business logic layer,control layer(instrument control layer)and data access layer.This paper will detail the design idea of each module,and gives the validation result of software automation test.Summary of paper work and next step of research direction will be given at the end of the paper.
