In Heterogeneous Network,because of adding a lot of the different types of wireless access network,the system architecture,resource configuration and management system are more complex than the traditional cellular networks.At the same time,it also means that the radio resource management's technology become a key point to ensure the quality of service for users.In this paper,we first introduce the theory of radio resource management and the significance of this technology is discussed,then a further research of inter-cell interference coordination which is an important part of RRM is carried out.In this paper,we analyze various kinds of interference scenarios.To solve these interference problem,we study the interference coordination technology from time domain,spectral domain and power domain,including fractional frequency reuse(FFR),Cell Range expansion(CRE),enhanced Inter-cell interference coordination(eICIC)and Further eICIC technology.In addition,this paper mainly analyzes the interference problems under the tow-tier heterogeneous network which is set up by macro-cell to pico-cell,combined with CRE and FeICIC technology to deal with the interference.We first study the influence of the system parameters to the performances of the network.Because the different the CRE bias and FeICIC's power reduction ratio setting will have a different effect on system capacity and user's proportional fairness,this paper analyses the every parameters' influence to the performances of user and system.Then paper proposed a parameter setting algorithm for optimizing the users'proportional fairness and system capacity.The simulation result shows that the overall performance of the system can be improved by setting the optimum parameters.The work of this paper holds the reference value for the actual system parameter design.
