Design And Implementation Of Android Inspection Client Software In Industria IOT(Internet Of Things)

Workshop equipment inspection is an important way to reduce equipment failure rates and business losses.Regular inspection of plant equipment can understand the operation status of the device,find fault and take corresponding measures in time,to ensure the safe operation of equipment.But the traditional workshop equipment inspection generally use manual thesis records,this inspection method has low efficiency,poor timeliness,and lack of scientific,insufficient data reliability and other shortcomings.This thesis is based on the "Development and application of IOT(Internet of things)-based industrial combustion processes online monitoring and management system" project,researches and implements Android Inspection Client in Industrial IOT(Internet of things).The client combines the workshop equipment inspection with Android system of portable devices and RFID technology.It has the advantages of portability,simple operation,and good human-computer interaction.In addition,it also has identification device information,record device status,record inspection time,view the device information,upload inspection information and other functions.The client can improve the inspection efficiency and effectively overcome the shortcomings of conventional equipment inspection.Firstly,the thesis introduces the research background and significance of the handheld inspection client,as well as domestic and international developments and status of equipment inspection.Secondly,the thesis introduces the overall scheme of industrial networking RFID point inspection system,including server,handheld inspection client,related technologies.Then be aimed at the function of RFID handheld inspection client,the RFID handheld inspection client has been designed,with the procedures frame design,the main program module design and user interface design.Application framework design is based on MVC model for application development;the main program module design includes Socket communication module,send and receive data module,SQLite database module;the user interface design implements of the man-machine interface.Finally,a function test of the inspection client is given.The test results show that the client can achieve the desired functionality.At the end of this article,it summarizes and client design are also discussed.
