China's power system reform,the power industry's natural monopoly position gradually weakened,making the power companies into the challenges and opportunities for development of the coexistence of the times,power generation enterprises to bear the pressure of market competition is growing,which requires power generation enterprises not only to manage Its own structure,should also consider how the entire enterprise under the new system structure,effective focus on information resources for the integration of the enterprise fragmented information systems to meet the new operational needs.In order to improve the power plant production and operation structure,optimize the information management,improve the efficiency of power generation,an urgent need for an efficient management information system,to achieve the power plant information,intelligent.In this paper,the Ningxia Energy Aluminum Zhongwei Thermal Power Plant is the research object.The research background,significance and research status of the power plant management information system are introduced.The system model is used to analyze the demand of the power plant management information system.The system adds the ERP concept to the system design and operates and operates on two main aspects of power plant production and operations.The system first to the production operation management,asset management as the main line,the establishment of the power industry production context;followed by the administration,security management as a feeder,rich business systems.Administrative management,including human resources management and administrative affairs management,improve the efficiency of administrative office.Safety management is for the power plant people,things,environmental security;Finally,the system management to achieve organizational management and system configuration,to achieve system maintenance.In addition to the use of oracle database to manage the basic information.At this point,a set of B / S based on the integrated MIS system architecture is basically completed.In the practical application of the system,the system is stable,and can provide effective decision support function by collecting the useful information of the whole plant,and realize the efficient management of the power plant information.
