Agricultural monitoring and early warning is an important mean and an advanced tool to guide the agricultural production and management.China's government has issued several relevant documents to promote agricultural monitoring and early warning work.Information service is an important part of agricultural monitoring and early warning.With the innovation of technology,mobile terminal device hardware costs decline,the quality and production increase,prices tend to closed to the people.In the future,smart phones in China will be popular in rural areas,mobile terminal service system will gradually become an important mean to help it upgrade.However,there are many problems in the development of the service systems.Firstly,the lack of combination between development technology and agricultural monitoring and early warning expertise,so the developed systems are not so compatible.Secondly,the systems functions are complicated and the type of information display are single,so the farmers can't use it easily.Thirdly,data acquisition standard is different and the degree of data network is low,standardized and effective data acquisition methods and means are lacked.So,the service work can't effectively landing.This paper aims at the problems,and carries out research on mobile terminal service system based on real-time information analysis of agricultural monitoring and early warning.Firstly,we summarize the concepts,methods and techniques of real-time information analysis from three aspects,real-time acquisition,real-time processing and real-time push,discussed the existing problems in detail and make the need for related issues clear.According to the demand,research on relevant theory of mobile terminal system development,and clarify the main work,tools,techniques and methods of product design,technology development,test and operation promotion.And then,based on it,combined with the actual characteristics,we compare and analyze on the product design tools,program implementation technologies,test tools,operation promotion methods,and filter effective tools,technologies and promotion methods for APP development,put forward a way to promote APP based on government channels.And then based on the selected tools,technologies,promotion methods,integrate and innovate the existing infrastructure,development environment,tools and technologies,build a 5 level development framework,including equipments,environment,tools,technologies and applications.Based on the previous research on the process of each link,through the integration and screening of process node,put forward the development process meet the characteristics of this field.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,we build the development framework and process of Nong Jingcai,then we design and realize it.The system includes 6 major functions,such as,information display,price query,price submission,APP management,data acquisition and data capture.It provides an effective supplementary tool for the development of agricultural monitoring and early warning service work.
