The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China point out that the goal of "four modernizations" with Chinese characteristics,in order to encourage industrialization,IT application,urbanization and agricultural modernization.Nowadays,the party and government pay more and more attention on urban and rural drinking water safety construction,No 1 Central Document put "Urban and rural water supply guarantee rate increased significantly,urban and rural residents drinking water safety is fully protected" as the main goal in water resources development and reform,the No 1 Central Document point out that china still need to promote the construction of rural drinking water safety,actively promote the construction of centralized water supply projects,the development of integrated urban and rural water supply,improve rural water penetration rate,strengthen rural drinking water safety project management.Therefore,Ningxia Guyuan construction of urban and rural drinking water safety engineering automation management system,not only to achieve "four modernizations" synchronous development,but also the need of water recourses development.This system is extremely essential and urgent.This report explain the purpose and important means for Ningxia Guyuan construction of urban and rural drinking water safety engineering automation management system development,aim to achieve the characteristics of the project and information,automation management needs,base on the practical research.Firstly,according to the management system,the information flow is clarified,and the logical relationship between each part of the system and the internal structure of each part are discussed.Secondly,with the combination of engineering and management requirements,put forward the object and content of the main monitoring node,according to the requirements;the importance of information and information acquisition and transmission,construction scheme,system design and network communication system and construction content and put forward the construction scheme of the computer monitoring system,video surveillance system and mode of operation and management.Lastly,According to the resource sharing and information construction,this report puts forward the principle and scheme of the system between the internal management system of the automation system and external related system integration;and the management business needs,put forward the structure,system application platform related products and equipment selection principle,function design and development of key business joint dispatch management system,water pumping station management system the application software system requirements.The modern management of water supply project is the inevitable requirement of information construction and the precondition and guarantee to realize the project benefit.This essay will mainly use Guyuan Ningxia urban and rural drinking water safety project as the example,use informatization and modernization of water conservancy as the background.The research and exploration of urban and rural drinking water safety engineering construction of automatic management system of the general idea,construction principle,overall structure and construction plan and other related content,to provide help for the project after the completion of the safety operation and scientific management.In order to maximize the benefits of urban and rural drinking water safety engineering project,promoting sustainable economic and social development of water shortage in poverty-stricken areas andethnic minority areas,and provide a useful reference for the construction of similar engineering automation management system.This article will summarized the research results of this paper and prospect in the end,and will also discusses the shortcomings of this system,meanwhile,this report will also expect the preliminary results of this study which can provide useful reference and help for the development of construction engineering automation management system...
