Application Of Software Project Management In Standard Address Library Shared Service Platform Project Development

The standard address library can convert the information in the socioeconomic sector and the address in the database into real geographical coordinates,and map to the map,remote sensing image.It could realize the integration of the address and spatial information,and then can complete the socio-economic information analysis,statistics,management,mapping and visualization.And the real-time,accurate and authoritative information could be provided to all departments to support government management and decision-making.In this paper,from the perspective of software project management,we combine with the latest progress of standard address research,and used project management theory.As a case of the standard address library shared service platform project,we focuse on demand management,project design and implementation managemen and researth on the software project management characteristics of the project.The project objectives,scope,milestones,design and organization,planning,quality,risk and schedule management methods have been discussed.And at last,the platform implementation were introduced.The application research shows that the project management can be used to monitor the software lifecycle of the software project(from the needs analysis,the summary design,the detailed design,the detailed design,the design,Coding debugging and testing acceptance,maintenance of all the process).In accordance with the schedule to avoid risks,the project could consumes limited resources in ensuring the quality of the premise.The project could achieve the goal of platform development.
