Online social networking has become the most popular means of information exchange and information dissemination in people's daily life, it attracted many researchers'attentions .However, the traditional research is mostly based on macroscopic characteristics of the network, the individual behavioral characteristics in social networks was less considered .But there is a significant link about the behavior of individuals on social networks and information propagation.It aims at building information dissemination model which based on individual behavior in this paper. Firstly, the individual behavior related to information dissemination are analyzed, the factors that affect the share behavior of individual were defined and quantified.Considering these factors as characteristic attributes,the Bayesian classifier is used to classify individuals. What's more, it presents a method for generating random time that can simulate the delay of information dissemination by considering the forwarding delay characteristics of real information dissemination process. Given the limited individual effort, it is not necessarily that user are able to see all the information published by his friends, so an information visibility prediction algorithm that can estimate the probability of information be seen by individual was proposed. Then an information dissemination model based on individual behavior is prompted based on the individual behavior classification and combined with random time generating method and information visibility prediction method. The model can be used to predict the scale and speed of information propagation. Finally, these methods and model are validated and analyze by using the data sets collected from Sina Weibo.It can understand mechanisms of information dissemination and individuals'communication behavior by the study of this paper. Meanwhile, this paper quantified the effect of propagation delay on the process of information dissemination and communication behavior. An information dissemination model proposed has laid a foundation for the subsequent study of the evolution of the network and social network analysis , while the predicting of the scale and speed of information dissemination can be used to public opinion monitoring.
