The Mainstream Media And Social Media Discourse Interaction Research In Emergencies

At present,the ecological environment of China's public opinion has undergone a very significant change.The discourse right in the public discourse space has been redistributed under the background of the whole media.The new media environment needs new ideas to guide public opinion,especially in emergencies,social media content is obscure and unknown source of information,the mainstream media is influenced by multiple factors,often is not the first time to find out the truth,seize the high ground of public opinion,right to speak in the event spread development after the change,the public opinion field environment more complex.Firstly,this paper introduces two different ways of discourse generation from top to bottom of the mainstream media and social media,and briefly describes the current situation of the development of the "public opinion field" of the officials in china.Secondly,combined with a number of hot burst case,analyzed the interaction of folk discourse under the official representative of the mainstream media discourse and social media on behalf of the proposed,may wish to change a single idea to consider the official discourse in the past,turn in dynamic interaction between official discourse and folk discourse in considering how to improve public opinion guiding effect.Finally,this paper argues that the diversity of discourse is actually reflected from the other side of this era of progress and tolerance.In the face of fusion of dual discourse in the interaction space and differences,unity of opposites,the mainstream media should play the role of opinion leaders,is good at using new media platform initiative to set the agenda guiding the mainstream values;social media should strengthen the supervision of the relevant government platform,follow the policies and regulations,and crack down on violations of law;to the general audience to improve their media literacy,rational expression of opinion.It is a new way for us to do well the work of guiding public opinion in the public affairs by making efforts to build a pluralistic,dialogue,open and inclusive public discourse space.
