With the continuous development of sensor technology,cloud computing and large data technology,and the advancement of power system informatization and intelligent process,the coupling degree of power physical space and power cyber space is deepening constantly,namely,the characteristic of cyber physical System(CPS)is becoming more and more obvious,which accelerates the formation of the typical cyber physical fusion system(CPPS).The high dependency of the physical space on the cyber space in the power system leads to the result that the reliability of the cyber system determines the security of the power system.In power information communication network,the equipment type is diverse,the structure is complex,and the scale is large.In addition,the monitoring precision of the equipment state and the frequency and scope of the information collection are increasing constantly.Moreover,The CPS characteristics of the power system have an impact on the assessment,all of which make the risk situation assessment of power information communication network become a multi-level,multi-indicator problem.,and there is a deep correlation integration between the indicators.A comprehensive risk situation assessment model based on fuzzy measure theory is proposed to solve the challenging problem of risk assessment.of power information communication networkFirst of all,the index system of the risk situation assessment of power information communication network is constructed,and then,a comprehensive evaluation model of risk situation based on fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral is constructed.Firstly,The improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method are used to determine the fuzzy density of single index.The combination of subjective and objective methods can reduce the errors caused by subjective experience to a certain extent.Secondly,based on the characteristics of the data,the parameters of the ridge distribution are modified and the membership function is constructed to calculate the evaluation matrix.Fuzzy measures and fuzzy integral algorithms are selected for the correlation and coupling among the indexes.The fuzzy measures replace the additivity with the weak monotonicity,which can realize the nonadditivity and can describe the evaluation behavior more accurately.The fuzzy integral is a nonlinear function defined on the fuzzy measure,and the fuzzy integral operator is used to fuse the estimated value of the index set.Finally,the integrated risk value is obtained by using the maximum membership degreeprinciple.When the model is built,an example is analyzed and verified for a power communication network.The results show the effectiveness of this method.A prototype system for risk assessment of electric power communication network based on this evaluation model is designed.It realizes the editing operation of adding,deleting,searching and modifying information.It also realizes the calculation of final risk value and the display of intermediate results such as fuzzy density and fuzzy measure.In addition,it is able to visualize the risk situation.
