With the rapid development of China's economy,demand for energy is increasing.In order to alleviate the energy shortage situation,two methods from the supply side to the demand side of the whole society are applied to improve the power efficiency and management level.To support the domestic energy service company or the end-user to carry out the demand side management of electricity,there is a urgent need to establish inside power monitoring and energy analysis system of internal electric network which could help the user to know and analyze their own power efficiency,and improve the efficiency level of equipment or system.First of all,the paper studies and summarizes the current energy problems facing by our country and the development of energy services in the domestic and international situation,starting from the user side energy service perspective,analysis of the current development in the electric power demand side management and energy service,and describes the background of this paper,the research content and the main work.Next,Make a thorough study in order to optimization,diagnosis and assessment for three energy equipment of motor,transformer and air compressor,and applying key technologies of distributed off-line computing in electric energy service application system.Based on the research of the key technology,set up energy efficiency calculation formula of the application system and methods of optimization,diagnosis and evaluation,and designs architecture for distributed offline computing technology,then verified the usability of key technologys by actual data.Finally,starting from the business requirements of the system,the application architecture,function,data model and UI are described in detail.The electric energy service application system contains “System Login”,“Energy Comsumption Overview ”,“Consumption Analysis”,“Load Curve Analysis”,“Power Factor Analysis”,“Price of Electricity Analysis”,“Labor Schedule Simulation”,“Energy Efficiency Analysis Model”,“Abnormal Alarm” modules etc..In the selection of technology,we choose the Linux platform,Oracle11 g for the background database,Sybase's Power Desnigner15 tool for database modeling.The system applies the B/S architecture design,using the Java language to write the program to realize each function module.The development kit is MyEclipse8.6,and Web Logic is the system Web server.The electric power service application system makes full use of modern information technology,real-time monitoring and alarm,power load and power factor of electric power operation data,and in different periods of electricity price and electricity cost analysis,energy efficiency diagnosis of specific equipment or system to help users master the operation of the power system,and help the user to carry out power optimization work.The system can be applied in all aspects of power enterprises,and meet the industrial electricity management business needs.Based on monitoring and analysis,help enterprises to find the potential of energy saving equipment.Supplies intelligent diagnosis and energy saving and optimization management for high-level usage,and provide information technology support and guidance for user.
