Open access refers to capturing resources freely in the public network.Any user is allowed to read,download,copy,distribute,retrieval,printing,link or index the full-text of the literature,for the other lawfully permitted application.Open access is of great benefit to the academic communication,so it has become an important enterprise which our country emphasizing on.In reference to the experience of European countries,and after a series of attempts,China's open access journal and institutional repository have established gradually.On the other hand,because the knowledge of open access is not deep enough for China's college teachers and students,the open access movement is not going well.Though some methods have been used previously,no one shows any interest in gradually.Thus,with the highly developed information technology today,how to correctly guide the open access is particularly important.If college teachers and students participate in the open access to the movement,academic communication can be accelerated,and duplication of academic innovation will also be avoid.In this paper,the college teachers and students is taken as research object to understand their attitude towards the open access movement.And through the investigation and study,we try to establish ways to guide their acquisition and sharing behavior.This article uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,as well as the comparative analysis method to carry on the research.Firstly,through a large number of data collection,we find the reasons for why college teachers and students are willing or not to participate in the open access.And through the questionnaire survey method we determine the attitude of college students to open access.Secondly,after determining the attitudes of university teachers and students to open access and sharing,we employ comparative analysis on the PLo S,DOAJ,China sciencepaper online,Xiamen University institutional repository,and "muchong" academic research website,we find the gap between domestic and foreign open access platform,the main reasons for poor domestic open access are: uneven subject coverage,excessive copyright protection,language barriers,and insufficient maintenance of open access platform.Therefore,based on these problems,this paper proposes suitable mode for China's open access and sharing-the "empirical value " acquisition andsharing mode,to attract the majority of teachers and students to participate in the open access movement.This paper also provide correspondingsolutions forthe problems we encountered in the questionnaire.For example,reformation of the scientific evaluation system,supplies of funds,construction of expert team,improvement of propaganda,combination of language teaching and subject,etc.
