As an important device of the transmitter,the transmitter controller can be used to control opening and closing of radio transmitter,and monitor its running state in real time.When the transmitter fails,the fault can be recorded in time and the transmitter can be protected,the normal operation of the transmitter can be guaranteed.In order to ensure the normal operation of the transmitter,the quality of the controller must be guaranteed.At present,the test of transmitter controller mainly by manual testing in Shaanxi Ruyi radio and TV Technology Co.,Ltd.,which has the problems of large test intensity,long test period and low accuracy.Therefore,according to the test requirements of the company,the test system based on virtual instrument is designed to test the controller.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The test scheme is designed.The test system takes the PC as the core,and combines the data acquisition card and adapter to test the tested controller.PC is used to control the whole testing process,to store and display the data.According to the PC command,the data acquisition card can output the appropriate analog and switch to the controller,and collect the response signal of the tested controller to the PC.The adapter realizes the connection between the measured controller and the data acquisition instrument.(2)The system hardware is designed.The hardware design includes the selection of data acquisition card and the design of adapter interface.The data acquisition card PCI-1724U-AE and PCI-1730U-BE based on PCI bus have been selected according to the output the number of signals and sampling rate and other parameters need to be collected.In order to realize the signal transmission between the controller and the data acquisition card,the adapter is designed by analyzing the characteristics of the interface between the controller and the data acquisition card.(3)The system software is designed.Using Lab VIEW as the development tool,the software design is divided into three layers,the main program layer,thefunction module and the hardware driver layer.The main program layer through the man-machine interface to achieve the subroutine call.The function module is designed for user login and management,data acquisition and output,automatic test,fault diagnosis,data analysis and processing and storage,data communication and other functional modules,in the fault diagnosis module,the fault diagnosis model based on fault look-up table and the fault diagnosis model of neural network expert system are implemented.(4)The function of the test system is verified.The whole function of the controller is tested in the laboratory,and the fault diagnosis function of the test system is verified after the fault is set,and the test results are analyzed.The test results show that the system can basically meet the test requirements,and can complete the test of the overall function of the controller,ensure the quality of the transmitter controller,can be set up to identify some of the fault,to make judgments,provide convenience for troubleshooting and maintenance of the controller.The system can help testers to improve work efficiency and reduce work intensity.
