In recent years, the water inrush accident has happened frequently in tunnel. It has seriously affected the safety of tunnel construction and caused significant losses to the social life and property. According to this current situation, it indicates that the problem of water bursting in tunnels has not been effectively solved. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new method for water inrush monitoring. On account of this, aiming at the requirements of water inrush monitoring in tunnel, this paper designs a new wireless monitoring system of water inrush based on HSW (Humidity -Strain-Water level sensor) multi-sensor data fusion by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existed monitoring method of water inrush-The monitoring scheme of the system includes three parts, namely data acquisition, data transmission and data processing. To be specific: firstly, in terms of data collection, the monitoring system carries out globally monitoring by humidity sensor and collects the local physical quantity of water inrush by water level sensor and strain sensor, thus the characteristic parameters of water bursting is monitored; then, in terms of data transmission, the ZigBee wireless sensor network is used to transmit the terminal node data to the central node, and the central node transmits the converged data to the monitoring center server; finally, in terms of data processing, the Highcharts tool is used to plot the real-time dynamic curve of the monitoring data, and the radial basis function neural network is used to analyze the data of the historical monitoring data to evaluate the information of water bursting safety levelThis designed system is composed of lower computer and upper computer two levels system The lower computer can be able to collect the data of water inrush and send the data by the ZigBee wireless sensor network. The lower computer mainly includes the terminal collection node and coordinator node, and implements the hardware unit and control software based on CC2530. Meanwhile, the upper computer can perform real-time data display and data analysis for the characteristic parameters of water bursting by the network application of B/S structure. The upper computer mainly includes the module of water inrush monitoring and the module of data fusion analysis, and implements the presentation layer, the business logic layer and the data persistence layer of the module based on SSH2 (Struts2-Spring-Hibernate)framework.The unique characteristics of the system are as follows. Firstly, the combination of HSW multi-sensor can improve the integrity of water inrush monitoring. Secondly, the data fusion analysis model based on the radial basis function neural network can help improve the robustness and reliability of water inrush monitoring. Thirdly, ZigBee wireless self-organizing communication mode can extend the degrees of freedom of water inrush monitoring.At last, the experimental test scheme is designed and tested. The effectiveness of this system in wireless multi-sensor monitoring and data fusion is demonstrated by comparing with existing water inrush monitoring means and data analysis methods. The system provides a new reference solution for water inrush monitoring in the tunnel.
