Design And Implementation Of Teacher Information Management And Teaching Quality Evaluation System For Primary And Junior High School

With the rapid development of education in China,there are more and more teachers in primary and junior high school.Teachers' information keeps increasing,and it is becoming more and more difficult to manage teachers' information and teaching quality evaluation.The traditional paper-computer information management of teachers' information exist the disadvantages of inefficient work,incomprehensive information,slow updating,poor sharing,inconvenient maintenance.The achievement of teacher management information technology has become an inevitable trend.The objective of the thesis is to design and implement a teacher information management and teaching quality evaluation system,to release the teaching administrators' working pressure.The system may let the teachers to know his/her class's status in the whole grade,to analyze a whole class's multi-angle,multi-dimensional teaching quality,to get to know and analyze in time his/her own class teaching quality progressing status in the whole studying period,to know teaching objective achievement scale by analyzing knowledge points at any time.This thesis first introduces the research background,the development status and trends at home and abroad.In addition,it describes the development of related technology-based systems applications.Secondly,the system needs are clearly analyzed.Then a detailed description of each function design and implementation process was illustrated with the main code and operating results.Moreover,the system has been fully tested to ensure the system to normal operation.Finally,the problems and deficiencies in the development stage are summarized,and the future work prospective is discussed.
