In the process of channel transmission, the interference factors such as unknown function and noise have important influence on the image quality. Therefore, it is worthy to explore the effective recovery of the received image by using the blind equalization algorithm. However, the blind equalization algorithm has some shortcomings of local convergence and even divergence. Therefore, the blind equalization algorithm and the DNA genetic algorithm and the firefly algorithm are combined to study the blind restoration of the image. The main contents of the research include the following aspects:1.The DNA genetic glowworm swarm algorithm is defined. Aiming at the shortcomings of the glowworm swarm algorithm on the excellent individuals,the gene of the glowworm swarm population was improved by the DNA genetic algorithm, which improved the accuracy of the solution. Combining DNA genetic algorithm with glowworm algorithm, this paper defines the DNA genetic glowworm swarm algorithm, which uses the advantages of DNA genetic algorithm to optimize the glowworm swarm, so that the extreme points are found more accurately and it improves the search ability.2.The blind equalization algorithm based on DNA genetic glowworm swarm optimization is researched. Aiming at the shortcomings of slow convergence and easy to fall into the local extremum, the method of DNA glowworm swarm is used to optimize the glowworm swarm population, which improves the global search ability of the algorithm and obtains the global extreme value of the cost function, thus the equilibrium effect is improved and the shortcomings of constant modulus blindness is overcomed.3.A wavelet blind equalization algorithm based on the new DNA genetic glowworm swarm optimization is proposed. A new type of DNA genetic glowworm swarm algorithm is obtained by defining new cross and mutation operation for the defects of existing traditional DNA genetic algorithm. The algorithm improves the genetic performance, ensures the quality of the glowworm swarm population, and optimizes the performance of the orthogonal wavelet transform blind equalizer.4.A two-dimensional image wavelet blind restoration algorithm based on the new DNA genetic glowworm swarm optimization is proposed. For the image signal,the one-dimensional equalizer is used to equalize, and some information is lost in the processing of dimension reduction and elevation. Therefore, this study blind restorates the two-dimensional image directly, and proposes a new method based on the new DNA genetic glowworm swarm optimization two-dimensional image wavelet blind restoration algorithm. The algorithm reduces the lacking information and improves the quality of the restored image.
