With the development of the communication, the emergence of 4G communication system has provided high-speed and high-quality wireless network service. The explosive growth of the number of mobile users brought new problems. Such as the distribution of load traffic is uneven through cells because of the dynamic variability of user service in space and time, which will largely affect the performance of the network. With the increase in the number of users, this kind of imbalance will be more and more obvious. We need to use load balancing techniques to transfer the traffic from high-load cells to low-load cells. On the other hand, network energy consumption continues to increase, because the scale of the communication network is becoming larger and larger. We urgently need to reduce the energy consumption of the network.Cooperative communication has received extensive attention since it was proposed and has been widely used in the field of wireless communication.Cooperative communication technology provides a new way of thinking for us to solve the existing problems.The first research of this paper is about load-balancing technology between different cells based on cooperative multi-points (CoMP). This article studied different CoMP clustering models, CoMP clustering rule and frequency reuse scheme around the clusters. Through simulation analysis, this paper proved that the load-balancing can reduce the rate of loss and improve the system throughput in different traffic volume situations.The second research of this paper studied how to schedule the transmit power in energy harvesting and power grid coexisting relay coordination system, the purpose of transmit the power scheme is to reduce traditional energy consumption. In this paper, optimal power allocation problem can be converted to optimizing of signal amplification coefficient of different users.This article carried out the mathematical abstraction of the problem and solve the problem with optimization method.
