Currently,along with the efforts to enhance environmental governance and the implementation of sustainable development of the Strategic Approach,all over the country started to increase energy conservation efforts.For the communications industry,Electricity consuming equipment are the main energy consumption,but for the management of the means of electricity consumption is still a relatively primitive way,such is the way with artificial copy meter collection and reporting of data by collecting power.The current Internet is very popular,as Internet-based support of the communications industry,this backward power management means clearly does not meet the requirements of the times,and in this way can not meet the energy consumption data for accurate and timely monitoring,the electricity consumption of the equipment is difficult to properly assess,thus unable to electricity consumption for energy.In order to advance with the times,to keep up with the pace of work of the Internet age,further improve the communication device power consumption management level,use of information technology to bring convenience,establish a basis for equipment capable of real-time monitoring of electricity consumption,and be able to perform data analysis platform power consumption,it is very necessary.In recent years,with the emergence of smart phones and tablet directly changed people's lifestyles and habits.People used to buy clothes,water and soil,pay the telephone fee and utilities,need to go out and spend a lot of their own time to complete,but today with the highly development of the Internet,we only need a phone capable of networking can be done all of this.Similarly,a lot of work to be carried out changes in information technology,thus greatly improving the work efficiency.Although the Internet to bring a lot of convenience for people,however,the operating system of the mobile terminal not the same,currently the most popular operating system such as Android,IOS and WP OS.Application developers have to be repeated for a variety of operating systems development for fit the appropriate operating system allowing users to better use.In order to address the relatively low efficiency of this status quo,HTML5 standards are put out.HTML5 standard as the Internet's successor,for the problems caused by differences in the operating system provides a good way,because it has a very good cross-platform features,it has been greatly concerned in the relevant areas,in particular by the popular mobile Internet.HTML5 standard on the basis of the original added some new features,such as support for dynamic image generation,animation production,Web video and audio,and many other functions.In making Web applications more colorful,but also enables developers to become more efficient,to give users a very good experience.Based on the analysis of existing energy management system on the PC side of the energy management system has been redesigned based on HTML5 and realization.Since JQuery Mobile in the mobile terminal makes a good adaptation JQuery Mobile component performance at each mobile terminal convergence,he system uses JQuery Mobile's UI as a basis for GUI front page of.While the introduction of HTML5 Canvas technology and HTML5-based charting library Highcharts,data on the energy management system according to the needs of the chart has been redesigned so that it can be on a mobile device capable of a good show.So that the users can view real-time energy consumption on anytime and anywhere without leaving home,to fully enjoy the convenience of the mobile Internet.
