With the development of mobile Internet, according to forecasts, wireless data service will have nearly 1000-fold increase in the next 10 years. To meet this enormous challenge,Dense Small Cell Network has become one of the major responses. The performance of traditional system has been close to the limit, enormous Small Cells will undoubtedly become the most important measure to cope with the growth of wireless data service.Although the introduction of this network will enhance the system capacity, compared to traditional wireless networks,Dense Small Cell Network faces more severe interference and high energy consumption. To solve the above problems by the method of allocation of resources is the focus of this thesis. The thesis mainly focuses on the Dense Small Cell Network. In Dense Small Cell Network, while the user receives stronger signal strength from its serving base station, but the signal strength from the interfering base station will also improve.Wherein the interference of the edge user is particularly serious,in order to enhance the throughput of edge user, this thesis presents a resource allocation algorithm based on the soft frequency reuse.Firstly, the thesis classifies Small Cells into four clusters.Small Cells in the same cluster have less interference.Small Cells in the different cluster has larger interference.Secondly,we use soft frequency reuse scheme to schedule the resource of the dense small cell network. Finally,The utility function is used to get the transmit power on Small Cells.System level simulation results show that our proposed scheme can greatly improve the edge user throughput with slightly sacrificing the overall throughput. In order to enhance the energy efficiency of Dense Small Cell Network, this thesis presents a resource allocation algorithm to improve system energy efficiency.Firstly the algorithm divides Small Cells into the interference cluster and protection cluster.Secondly user devices reconnect. In order to reduce the coverage of the interference Small Cells, the user device is adapt to reduce a bias value when receiving pilot signal of the interference Small Cells.Part of the users of the interference Small Cells will be transferred to protection Cell Smalls. Finally,in order to reduce the interference of the interference Cell Smalls,we use the utility function to get the transmit power on interference Small Cells.System-level simulations demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the network energy efficiency by improving the network throughput and optimizing the network's energy consumption.
