With construction and implementation of smart grid system vigorously promoted by National Grid in recent years,the use of information technology and network technology within the unified management of the business in the power grid system has become an important development trend.For the power supply company,the information room is an important infrastructure in its development of the power supply business,the efficiency of the engine room management and quality of the power supply company's overall business management level has an important impact.Therefore,in this context,many local power supply companies have put into a relatively large human and material resource in the engine-room management business,which significantly improved the current domestic power grid system in the management efficiency and quality of the engine room.The design and implementation of the safety monitoring sub-system of power grid regulation and control system is researched and analysis in this thesis.The safety monitoring subsystem is an important information management platform in the remote management and control business of power Supply Company's engine room,and can achieve the safe operation of the engine room remote monitoring in the power supply company's internal network environment and room communication channel environment.The system can automatically send alarm information to the room administrator,when the engine room abnormal situations are detected.The sub-system is an important functional component in the grid regulation system,and the system uses the Web-based network structure to provide the management operation interface for the room manager,which has the very important promotion effect to improve the overall quality of the power supply company's management business.The requirements analysis,functional design,functional implementation and system testing work of the sub-system are researched in this thesis.In the demand analysis work,based on the study work of current power supply company room management business status quo,the overall research and development goals and functional requirements of the system are proposed,including the basic information maintenance management,the engine room security status inspection,the engine room abnormal alarm management and data reporting management needs.In addition,at the mean time,the performance requirements and security requirements of the sub-system is introduced in detail.In the design and implementation study work of the system,the hierarchical model,the network structure and the functional structure of the whole system design work are researched deeply.The function model of the sub-system is designed by the uses of SSM mode,and the network structure is designed based on the B/S network mode.Then,the design work of each function module in the system is studied by the uses of Java Web technology and object-oriented development technology,including the code file structure of the function module,the module structure design and the realization process of the key functions.Finally,the function and performance test of the system are studied by using black box test method and Load Runner performance testing tool,including test environment and deployment,test method analysis,function test and performance test.The safety monitoring sub-system of power grid regulation and control system researched in this thesis can realize the remote monitoring of the operation status of the power supply company in the internal network environment of the power supply company.And the system can reduce the daily management workload of the engine room management personnel and improve the efficiency and quality of the safety management of the power supply company.It has a relatively large reference value for the information management and automation research and practice of the management work in the domestic power supply company.
