Construction And Implementation Of Local Educational Metropolitan Area Network

In 21 st century,with the rapid development of computer network and communication technology,education is also developing in a faster speed.In order to solve the phenomenon of informational island and realize educational resources sharing,it is necessary to connect decentralized campus network and Educational authority LAN.Therefore,the educational metropolitan area networks(EMAN)have played more important role in improving informatization and resources sharing of education.At present,under the background of rapid development of educational informatization,there is no network connection between most schools and education management,and the whole education in Wulanchabu encounters a bottleneck because of lagging and inefficient educational resources management and the problems of educational resources sharing.First of all,after researching the literatures at home and abroad and current developments,technological characteristics and structural of EMAN have been analyzed and designing principles and methods are briefly introduced.Meanwhile,the construction requirements and planning are also introduced.The key technology in the design of EMAN,that is virtual private network(VPN)and network access are introduced and analyzed.The second,the construction plan of local EMAN is analyzed,and several key problems including construction reason,construction way and construction goal are introduced.Then,three layer architecture plan of local EMAN are analyzed with hierarchical design thought by comparison and analysis,including core layer,convergence layer and access layer.Based on those theories,the realization of local EMAN is focused and the technology of IP address assignment and the structure of network topology are discussed.Meanwhile,the network security strategy of local EMAN is studied by analyzing security defense system,real-name authentication and fault management strategy.And then,the building of network information center in local EMAN is studied,and the network topology of center hardware is determined.Based on those theories,the hardware design of the router,core switches and firewall of the export is discussed by analyzing the server management system,data storage backup system and safety management system.At last,the paper is summarized,which puts forward work prospects in the future.
