Research And Application Of Cloud Workflow Scheduling Tool Based On QoS

To solve the problem that workflow system can not meet the multi-quality of service requirements of the users and efficiently schedule the diversified resources,in this paper,the cloud workflow scheduling architecture,extension of the CloudSim model,the cloud workflow scheduling algorithm based on the quality of service and so on were researched.Specific to follow aspects:1,Research of Cloud workflow scheduling software architecture and expansion of the CloudSim model: analysis of the cloud workflow scheduling tool which has the inherent characteristics.Based on the trustworthy workflow reference model,this paper proposes a cloud workflow scheduling software architecture based on the resource deployment structure,the increase of user interface,QoS management and cloud resource management in the cloud environment.According to the characteristics of the workflow,QoS structure to improve,increase QoS prediction and feedback function.On the basis of cloud workflow scheduling architecture,CloudSim is used as a platform to extend the workflow scheduling function and workflow scheduling algorithm of the platform,and form a cloud workflow dispatching tool based on CloudSim extension.2,Research of Cloud Workflow Scheduling Algorithm Based on Quality of Service: Starting from the cloud workflow scheduling module in the cloud workflow scheduling tool,the ant colony algorithm is improved,the heuristic rules of the cloud task priority are introduced,and Workflow Scheduling Algorithm based on the quality of service is formed.At the same time,through the different types of workflow examples of cloud workflow scheduling algorithm are tested and verificated.The results show that the scientific workflow and instance-intensive workflow in the implementation of time and cost to show a more stringent consistency,that is,the improved ant colony algorithm can significantly reduce the running time and cost;It is in different scenes,especially when the user has different degrees of preference,there has a significant advantage.3,Design and application research of scheduling tool: this paper implemented the expansion of workflow-based CloudSim platform model,completed the quality of service-based cloud workflow scheduling algorithm core code.Online shopping process as a example,it described the instance-intensive workflow in the cloud workflow scheduling tool in the process of running,and achieved the cloud workflow scheduling algorithm in the application of the example.
