Research On Online Emotional Expression In Emergencies

The transformation of the way of information production and reception brought about by the rise of the Internet makes users who are active in the network are more willing to carry out emotional expression. The subject of the online emotion evolved from reality worth multiple. Its connotation reveals in the confrontation of its difference and opposition more often. The emergences occurred recent years,such as "Tianjin bombing event",were seriously influenced by online emotion. At this stage most of the study on Internet space cut into a macro view of public opinion, less study focus on the mood of users' emotion.This study starts from the perspective of network sentiment in emergencies, takes the huge rainstorm in Wuhan in July 2016 as an example, emotional analysis was used to quantify the emotional expression of Internet users in the event. This study is specifically investigated the typed characteristics stage characteristics and many factors of the online emotion expressions in the emergencies. This study provides the theoretical basis for the guidance and regulation of network emotion and a realistic technical path for the analysis of network emotions in emergencies.The study found that in emergencies the users' emotional expression is more consistent. Unlike many previous studies, positive emotions became dominant in this incident. In fact, the formation of online emotion is the process of the individual emotions diffuse to the group emotional. Internet users' information dissemination and spread is the process of group identity construction,through a large-scale mass communication evolved into a solid social emotions. It is worth noting that the expression of online emotion is influenced by many factors. These factors have an significant impact on the online emotions from different levels.Based on the quantitative analysis of online emotion, this paper puts forward the relevant enlightenment of emergent emergency management. The government should play a leading role in public opinion and improve the network management mechanism;Media as a vocal machine should be socially responsible and reshape its media credibility: Internet users as the main expression subjection of the online emotion should develop its media literacy and enhance emotional management ability.
