With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,cognitive radio technology as an effective way to alleviate the tension of wireless spectrum resources has become a research hotspot in the field of communication.With the expansion of the mobile network,the network energy consumption increases,therefore,in the field of cognitive radio and green energy conservation research,the purpose is to save the wireless network system resources and reduce equipment energy consumption,to improve the spectrum utilization and energy efficiency,and to achieve green energy-saving communications goal.Firstly,this paper introduce the exponential function of inertia weight in particle swarm optimization algorithm,and developed an Improve Particle Swarm Optimization(IPSO)algorithm.The algorithm converges faster.Then,this paper analysis the inertia weight convergence.Secondly,the distributed spectrum sharing Underlay model is taken as the research object,in order to ensure the normal communication and cognitive user's basic communication conditions.Besides,an improved power control algorithm based on IPSO is proposed,the optimization problem is transformed into fitness function by particle swarm optimization and penalty function theory.The experimental results show that,compared with the particle swarm optimization algorithm and adaptive particle swarm algorithm,the IPSO algorithm in this paper can result in a smaller total transmit power,and has a high transmission rate and global search capabilities.Combined with energy detection model,the energy detection of secondary users' transmission power is completed,and the power control method of the energy detection is used to realize the energy saving communication which minimizes the transmission power.Finally,taken the channel allocation to distributed spectrum sharing heterogeneous two-layer network as the research object,this paper researches in two cases,channel non-overlapping and channel overlap,the energy efficiency model of power decoupling channel allocation is derived,and given its associated constraints.So a channel-genetic algorithm improve particle swarmoptimization(CH-GAIPSO)algorithm is proposed,which can achieve the optimal channel allocation strategy,what's more,combined with energy detection model,this paper detect the Secondary users' transmission power,and then use the energy-limited channel allocation method to improve the Secondary users' energy efficiency.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
