Study On Knowledge Service Mode Of University Library In The Age Of Big Data

In the era of knowledge economy,Knowledge is gradually becoming a economy determining factor.As a result,knowledge service has been given enough attention.With the development of information age,the Internet has been already full of all kinds of information,especially text information which is difficult to deal with the traditional information technology.But recently,Big Data,the new information processing technology,makes it possible to process Massive information.College library constantly upgrade service level by means of information technology,and provide users literature information service?information service and individualized information service.Now college library service has been greatly improved in both service content and service form But in the age of Big Data,massive library resources has not been effectively revealed and related.As a result,knowledge service and personalization service are really needed to improve.But luckily,Big Data can help improve personalization service and active service.This article can be divided into five parts.The first part is the introdtuction,at first,I discuss the background and significance of the College library's knowledge service based on Big Data,and then I introduce the research status and practice of knowledge service both home and abroad.The second part is about the theory of knowledge service and big data,which contains the development path of knowledge service in University Library?The necessity and feasibility of College library's knowledge service.The third part is about the influence of big data on library service,which contains three aspects,influence on the college library,influence on the knowledge service mode,influence on the library users.the fourth part is to analyse the four basic elements of the knowledge service mode,the service provider,the service user,the service method and the service content.The last part is to construct a new mode of college library knowledge service based on big data.The purpose of this article is to discuss how to improve the knowledge service mode of university library by means of big data.
