The Design And Implementation Of Residents' Health Card System Based On SpringMVC Framework

With the development of information technology,all over the country promotes the construction of smart city,and smart medical is one of the important aspects.Ningbo has established four the four major backbone systems covering the city's various districts and counties,which is the rural medical,medical business,health records,medical resources,which lay a solid foundation for the construction of medical information.But the residents' medical and health information system is short of unified management,so it affects the exchange of information between the various medical institutions.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to speed up the construction of the regional medical and health information platform,and to make effective information integration,data exchange and sharing among the information systems in the region.Resident health card system is unified medical information sharing platform,basic platform and data center.The residents' health card system re-series hospital process,electronic flow and medical procedures,which further optimizes the work process of hospital,and it is the better for the residents to get medical service card,two-way referral and other regional cooperation.In this paper,the development status and technical requirements of the resident health card system are studied,and the corresponding functional framework is designed according to the actual needs.The main functions include user management,residents' health card circulation management,residents' health card life cycle management,blacklist management,statistical reports and other functions,and the framework of technical is detailed described.This topic uses the Java EE technology,and has utilized the international mainstream MVC development pattern.The Mybatis and the Spring MVC technical framework are used in this article,and the database uses the high performance concurrent strong Oracle 11 g database.The system uses the module development strategy to ensure the scalability requirements.
