The Analysis Of Female Images Transformation In China Women's News Daily(1984-2015)

This thesis is analyzed under the background of female and media, and treat 698 news reports between 1984 to 2015 from China Women' s News Daily as study samples by combining the methods of content analysis and text analysis to study construction path and changing progress of female images in China Women' s News Daily at different stages.The introduction reviews and analyzes the academic research status of female doctrines and summarizes the relevant research results, it also points out some insufficient studies.The second part of thesis mainly describe the characteristics of selected samples to analyzes the content and demonstrative value of critical reports and topical characters reports which are published China Women's News Daily.What's more, this thesis also ravel out the clue of the development about female images from simplification to diversification.The rest.part demonstrates in detail and extracts the female images in China WomenJ s News Daily at three different time. The first part is from 1984 to 1992,Chinese women who are the participants of Socialist Modernization and reform and open policy, the image of them always be demonstrated as tools which are lack of gender consciousness; the second part is from 1993 to 2002,Chinese female have intense responsibilities for society and themselves, at this time , they are equal with men in economy and politics.
