With the continuous development of modern manufacturing and processing industry,the complexity of parts is getting higher and higher,while the quality of parts testing requirements are getting higher and higher.Especially for some of the more special objects,such as the strong reflective surface of the optical components,polishing mold,spray the body,ceramic surface,domestic enterprises are commonly used methods are contact measurement,high cost,low measurement efficiency,low measurement accuracy.And commonly used non-contact measurement methods such as raster projection based on three-dimensional measurement technology because of its strong reflection of the surface implementation difficulties.In this paper,three-dimensional measurement method of strong reflection object based on stripes is studied.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Analyze the phase unwrapping algorithm,and focus on the typical time phase unwrapping algorithm.From the time efficiency and the phase expansion precision,this paper adopts the exponential time phase unwrapping algorithm.And a periodic correction method is designed to obtain the periodic variation of the grating,which is obtained by projecting the binary fringe pattern and then using the reverse fitting method.The way to generate correction grating,and then projected onto the reference surface,you can get a uniform period of the grating stripes.(2)Analyze the shortcomings of the existing calibration system calibration method,design a new system calibration method applied to the system.We can view LCD display as a reverse camera,through the LCD display projec tion horizontal and vertical grating to the surface of strong reflective objects,the establishment of LCD display lattice and CCD pixel mapping between the completion of the LCD display calibration,and then LCD-camera measurement system Into a binocular vision three-dimensional reconstruction system,to achieve strong reflection of object measurement.
