The new services such as cloud computing, large data, data center demand more of network service: lower delay and higher availability with corresponding level end-to-end guaranteed quality of service(QoS),and promote the development of intelligent optical network with explosive growth trends effectively.Due that the traditional wavelength division multiplexing optical network with dividing channels in wavelength is easy to cause the waste of bandwidth resources. In order to bear data business more efficiently and flexibly, flexible optical network is proposed and further develops. From SDH(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy)optical network to traditional WDM optical network to flexible optical network, the development of the whole process is to meet the requirement of data service such as large capacity, high efficiency,multi-granularity transmission. With the rapid enlargement of network scale, the whole network is divided into a number of sub-network composed of multi-domain network to respond to controllability and manageability of user and network in data services positively. The new network architecture of SDN(Software Defined Network)makes a highly dynamic, tunable and efficient control manner, which is introduced into optical networks becomes software defined optical network and could provide open, flexible and manageable function. For the optical network, the physical layer impairment is always the main factor affecting the signal transmission quality. In addition,in order to respond to the call that building a green network actively, the issue of energy-saving is becoming a growing concern. In this paper,RSA(Routing and Spectrum Assignment)algorithm with multi-parameter constraints such as impairment, energy consumption and QoS is studied in multi-domain SDON(Software Defined optical Network)environment,we aim to improve the optical network performance from multiple angles. This paper has the following results:(1)This paper studied the transmission requirements of service in the environment of multi-domain network, taking into account the impact of physical layer impairment, energy consumption and so on.In addition,we improved hierarchical control plane of multi-domain SDON that monitoring performance of underlying transmission equipment and links dynamically and flexibly,in which weadded the information awareness module to get the basic information of the infrastructure layer.(2)Taking into account the constraints of a variety of network parameters as a jumping-off point, the paper designed a RSA algorithm based on sub-topology under the consideration of diffserv QoS and energy saving within the improved hierarchical control architecture. The proposed algorithm can avoid various types of physical layer impairment effectively, achieve energy-saving,and also guarantee the QoS of different services with selecting different routs, which can improve the performance of the network as a whole.(3)The sub-topology is applied to multi-domain heterogeneous SDON with same constraint conditions as above, and the interoperation between boundary nodes of heterogeneous network domains is studied, then the RSA algorithm applied to multi-domain heterogeneous SDON is proposed.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better performance in blocking probability and energy consumption of the network to achieve optimization goals.
