Research On Bluetooth Networking Technology For Smart Home Application

With the development of Internet of things technology,more and more home appliances will be networked and intelligent.With the introduction of Bluetooth 4,Bluetooth devices have very low operation and standby power consumption.Therefore,the application of Bluetooth devices in smart home network has become more extensive.But the traditional Bluetooth network is complicated,the application can not be good to Home Furnishing intelligent network,this paper puts forward a kind of low power loss based on routing network protocol Bluetooth networking technology.In the Bluetooth smart home network based on RPL,Bluetooth network realizes communication by IPv6.The communication between the Bluetooth network and the Internet is completed through the gateway,which includes the Bluetooth root node and the conversion of IPv4 and IPv6 protocol.First of all,this paper studies the RPL network in detail,on this basis,the RPL has been improved,so that the network can adapt to the needs of smart home applications.As the intelligent Home Furnishing environment,no communication between the non root nodes,so the process of RPL network routing,only need to complete the communication between the root node and non root node,that is only at the same time to realize routing and routing can be down;Secondly,the Contiki operating system is studied in depth,and the operating system is transplanted into the Bluetooth development board CC2650,which can be used to realize the RPL Bluetooth network;Finally,the design and implementation of a specific smart home program,which includes 3 aspects:1).users can search all Bluetooth devices online,and to customize equipment;2),the user can control any Bluetooth device online and has the function of timing;3).when a new Bluetooth node join or exit node,will be sent to the user prompt information,inform the user.The actual test results show that the Bluetooth networking mode in this paper can meet the demand of smart home system in packet loss rate,user data packet throughput and communication distance.
