Design And Implementation Of Knowledge Management System For Civil Architecture Design Institute

With the development of Internet technology,enterprise information construction based on the Internet has become increasingly evident,blog,twitter,Quan-Zi,community and other applications are increasingly concerned about the user's attention and acceptance,the user's experience is paid more attention during the period of information construction.With the practice and exploration of knowledge management,the enterprise has a deeper understanding of knowledge management,and the application of it is not limited to the conventional tools such as knowledge warehouse and knowledge map.How to excavate and refine the experience and skills of the expert's mind,and to further the development of the knowledge management,has become the new trend in the development of knowledge management.In this paper,the demand for knowledge management in the Civil Architecture Design Institute is considered,from the characteristics of the Civil Architectural Design Institute,a characteristic knowledge management system is designed.Taking the Architectural Design Institute of Tianjin University as an example,it analyzes the basic requirements,that is,knowledge classification,knowledge flow,knowledge heritage,core knowledge training.And then set up the corresponding modules in the system,the system is based on the knowledge warehouse,knowledge community,the key position knowledge,core business knowledge,the basic design idea of the knowledge consultation.In the process of design,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional knowledge management,and puts forward a solution based on network and database technology.In the process of implementation,the basic design idea is converted into knowledge warehouse,knowledge question and answer,expert network,special information,knowledge record and investigation management.At the user level,the system is designed for the design of the user into the design of the leadership / expert,knowledge maintenance and ordinary users.Knowledge warehouse is a good solution to the problem of knowledge classification,knowledge inheritance and knowledge sharing in the Design Institute of civil architecture.Imitating the current civil architectural design institute of the general existence strategy of skilled staff to guide the new staff,knowledge QA module and expert network module are set up in the system,in order to solve the problems encountered in the work of new colleagues.And special information can make the core knowledge of the Company's business be used at any time by the company's employees to solve the problem compared with the not systematic knowledge and difficulty of accession at the past.Knowledge album tends to have a preference for personal knowledge,which can satisfy the different needs of different departments and employees.Research management is effective for the company to provide a platform for the integration of decision-making On the whole,the system adopts Web2.0 technology to realize the knowledge management information system.Through the implementation and testing of the Architecture Design Institute of Tianjin University,we find that the new knowledge management system has better adaptability.It can make the maximum of the interests of the Civil Building Design Institute,and enhance the core competitiveness of the civil architectural design institute.
