| With the rapid development of national economy and the deepening of information construction,the medical enterprise and medical treatment of the three first class large-scale hospitals in Tianjin have a rapid expansion resulting in a lot of questions such as long queues outpatient and cumbersome payment procedures.So a modern digital hospital becomes imperative.It is a priority all the time that mining potential of medical service enterprise.How to build a self-service payment environment and penetrate financial services into the health sector have become a new topic."Digital hospital" services program is a solution for hospital information construction and improving the efficiency of health care.In this article,the project implementation plan has been developed on the basis of a detailed analysis to the market and system.In the plan,the hospital has reached an agreement with banks to develop outpatient prepaid system of the "medical-bank cooperation" project jointly.In the system,the medical card,POS acquiring,bank card and social security card are connected to the HIS system in hospital respectively,and the registration and payment functions are achieved,eliminating the registration and payment queue.Patients could have the medical examinations in inspection window and take medicine in pharmacy after the self-service payment which reduces the risk of disease spread by non-cash transactions.In the "medical-bank cooperation" project,pathogenic basic information and medical records could be kept in the medical information system,and the customer account,e-wallet and other financial information could be recorded in the banking system.The "medical-bank cooperation" project which remains medical insurance settlement port is powerful and easy,meeting the needs of the hospital.The congestion in registration,treatment,examination,payment,taking medicine in the hospital has been solved by the "medical-bank cooperation" project,improving the efficiency of the hospital greatly. |
