In modern electronic warfare,radar jamming resource scheduling has become an issue of radar countmeasures.In order to minimize the performance of the enemy radar and achieve our tactical aim while facing threat that two or more enemy radar working cooperatively and how to allocate jamming resource high-efficiently and rationally under the more and more complicated electromagnetic circumstances has become a key problem for "electromagnetic dominance".This paper builds a dynamic spatial countmeasures model with several radars,jamming and target platforms.It takes active blanket jamming as allocating objects and builds scheduling model specially designed for Self-Screening Jamming(SSJ)and Escort-Support Jamming(ESJ).To get resource scheduling results in different spatial countmeasures model,this paper presents two infeasible solution repair strategies and improves the corresponding intelligent optimization algorithm according to constraints of the problem.The main research work is as follows:First,this paper studies radar antenna scanning-style and multi-platform jamming strategy,then builds spatial countmeasures model composed of several two-coordinate and three-coordinate radars,phased array radars,jamming platforms and target platforms according to the theory of electronic countermeasures.At that time,on that basis,it builds dynamic radar threat evaluating model based on multiple attribute decision making to get the threat values of each radar,which are used as an important input for the subsequent jamming resource scheduling.Second,on the basis of spatial countmeasures model,this paper studies SSJ strategy and takes the drop rate of jammers' detection probability as evaluation indicator.In consideration of decision variables,target functions and constraint conditions,the resource scheduling mathematical model is established and according to constraints caused by limit of the jammer itself,this paper presents specific disposal methods of constraint coditions for genetic algorithm(GA)and quantum genetic algorithm(QGA).It then verifies the validity and practicability of the improved optimization algorithm with simulation experiments.At last,this paper designs hidden probability of protected object,radar active jamming sector,jamming rate as three jamming effect indicators from aspects of object,radar detecting,jamming whole and then,on the basis of decision variables,target functions and constraint conditions,a multi-objective optimization model is built.Finally,this paper applies fast elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-?)to solve a series of feasible solution of distribution,which provides a new thought for jamming resource scheduling.
