With the increasing demand for information storage and information query,the application of active RFID is becoming more and more popular.The security of the process of its secure communication has become a problem that people pay more and more attention to.The side channel attack technology is to analyze cryptographic circuit leaked information,cracked the encryption circuit key,this method compared with the traditional key crack,can be said to be in a different way to crack the key,which pose a serious threat to the password field.Therefore,this thesis will analyze whether the side channel attack technology can crack the key to the security of the active RFID system,which involves a large amount of data communication and storage query.In this thesis,we will use the encryption algorithm AES which is the security communication between the security label and the reader in the active RFID system as the object of attack.According to the characteristics of the side channel attack technology,we build automation platform can collect a large amount of electromagnetic information of the sample.Finally,we use the differential electromagnetic attack technology and the correlation electromagnetic analysis technology to analyze the collected electromagnetic samples,and finally get the key of the AES encryption algorithm implemented in the active RFID system.The active RFID system hardware architecture,software systems and security protocols are briefly introduced,through the AES encryption process on the main fourth core operation,analyzes the operation process.Secondly,this thesis introduces the main attack techniques and the technical basis of side channel attacks.According to the analysis of the AES encryption algorithm,AES encryption algorithm in S box operation can be electromagnetic analysis point of attack,then the differential electromagnetic analysis algorithm and electromagnetic correlation analysis algorithm is verified after simulation,the validity of attack.Based on the research of attack method,the automatic acquisition platform of electromagnetic information of active RFID system is designed and implemented,then acquisition circuit acquisition and self-made coil and the amplifier of the electromagnetic information respectively using electromagnetic probe and amplifier.Only some road on the label for electromagnetic information collection.Finally,a large collection of electromagnetic information leaked from the S box by the collecting circuit made up of the coil and amplifier.Finally,a large number of electromagnetic data samples were collected by differential electromagnetic analysis and correlation electromagnetic analysis.The results of the two algorithms show that,in the case of sufficient sample data,the AES encryption algorithm can be implemented in the active RFID system.Active RFID secure communication process,in the side channel attack method is unsafe,we should take some defensive measures.
