As the medical system of our country develops and gets improved continuously,more and more precision equipment comes into being.Consequently,requirements for water quality become higher and higher.In such context,the application of water treatment system in the medical system is especially important.The water treatment system is required to be installed in the clinical laboratory,dialysis rooms,laminar flow operating rooms,ICU,and many other departments in order to meet the water requirements.Strict control over water quality is directly related to the normal operation of equipment,and it is also a necessary measure to avoid high failure rate of equipment and multiple occurrences of medical negligence.The author takes the water treatment system in a laminar flow operating room of a hospital as the object of study,and redesigns the water treatment system in the hospital's laminar flow operating room,and then carries out tests.The system discussed in the paper is designed with reference to advanced experience in water treatment system design at home and abroad,and the reverse osmosis technology is adopted to conduct water treatment according to the environment and water standard.In the laminar flow operating room,raw water is required to be filtered and desalted;in addition,the electrical conductivity control of water must be kept within the scope.The method combing PLC with fuzzy control is adopted in the design to solve the difficulty in building an accurate mathematic model for electrical conductivity control.For the fuzzy control algorithm,optimizing and integral processing are conducted to make the electrical conductivity control adaptive to the interference of multiple external factors,and make sure the electrical conductivity is in the required scope.In this paper,the author mainly elaborates the filtering method,hardware design,software design,algorithm optimizing,analyzing,etc.for the water treatment system.The test results show that the electrical conductivity values are basically stable with errors falling into the required scope,complying with the standard for water used in the operating room.
