With the increasing degree of social informatization,the Internet-based new media has gradually become the mainstream of information exchange and sharing and even the transaction.Its interactive,real-time,popular and other characteristics has brought great convenience for people's lives,and also brought new opportunities and challenges for the organization's information management.Scientific research team is the backbone of promoting technological progress and economic growth in the era of knowledge economy.Information sharing among team members is an important means to improve the efficiency of cooperative research and the quality of output.Virtual community,WeChat,microblog,network television and other new media then opens up a more convenient and diversified channel for the scientific information sharing of researchers,which effectively realized the integration and full utilization of scientific resources.So,In the new media environment,the research team needs to optimize the information sharing mechanism,promote scientific innovation,thus improve the core competitiveness in related disciplines.Based on the theory of information ecology,this paper studies the influencing factors and models of information sharing by scientific research team in the new media environment by means of literature research,empirical research and case analysis.The article is divided into six chapters.First of all,it introduces the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,combs the information ecology,new media,information sharing and other related theories and concepts;Secondly,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the information sharing of the scientific research team in the new media environment from the perspective of information ecology factors,and makes an empirical test using the AMOS structural equation.The results show that the usefulness and reliability of information,the convenience and security of new media technology,the team coordination norms and the cultural atmosphere and the self-efficacy of the subject have a positive impact on the willingness to share information,thus affecting the information sharing behavior.According to this,it put forward the countermeasures to promote the efficiency and quality of information sharing;Then,based on the the results of the influencing factor analysis and information ecology chain,this paper puts forward four models of information sharing in the new media environment,they are individual interaction,group interaction,information joint building and cloudsharing.And then it takes a research team of Changchun Guangji as an example to analyze the practical application and similarities and differences of these models,which provides suggestions for the research team to optimize the information sharing process.At the theoretical level,this article uses the information ecology and the new media theory to the information sharing process of the scientific research team,which provides a new perspective and basis for cooperative research.At the application level,this article provides practical guidance for the information management and sharing of the research team through the specific case,which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of scientific research and enhance the scientific research level.
