Aimed at a series of new problems in the antenna measurement technology such as accuracy improve,antenna size and weight increase,this thesis optimizes the design of the structure parameters of the antenna test turntable and the control performance analysis and research on the basis of the radar antenna test turntable system of Shanghai Spaceflight Electronic and Communication Equipment Research Institute.The main work of this paper was done as follows.(1)Combining with the research of the test turntable system,the thesis discusses the overall structure of the antenna test turntable and demonstrates the feasibility of the program,according to the technical specifications and functional requirements;(2)The test turntable system are designed and verified,as well as the strength and reliability of the key components are calculated.The force of the limit position is analyzed by finite element simulation.The strength and material of the important moving parts of the antenna test turntable are verified and verified selection,safety and reliability,etc.,to achieve the design requirements of the indicators;(3)The performance of the servo control system of the turntable test turntable is analyzed,and the control strategy and the selection and design of the components of the system are studied,which meets the requirements of testing turntable precision and control system performance;(4)The dynamic model of the turntable test turntable is established.The simulation of the system dynamics is carried out by using ADAMS.It is verified that the force of the relevant parts and the performance of the selected motor are achieved when the antenna test turntor is working normally The antenna test turntable required for the dynamic performance.The research contents here can be used as guidance and reference value for the design of the large size,heavy weight and high accuracy antenna test turntable.
